Love Note from Tag - Valentine's Day 2016

Dear Millie,

The first time Moses met you, he knew you were special, and he told me I was going to have to learn to submit to you. It made me laugh, because I’m not very good at submitting. You know I’m not. I would rather be knocked out cold than tap out in a fight. But he was right. When it came to you, I had to let my pride go. I had to stop being the man who could handle everything, who was strong for everyone, and I had to let you fight beside me, even fight for me. For a blind girl, you see me pretty clearly. In fact, nobody has ever understood me so well, and because of you, I am seeing life through new eyes. Thank you for your love, for our life together, and for standing beside me and making me a better man.

I love you, Millie.
